Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MXNY gear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email info@mxny.shop with your order number and reason for return.

MXNY covers the cost of return shipping on eligible returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Final sale items, worn items, and items without original tags are not eligible for return.
